The project involved structuring the service, defining the user flow, and creating a clear and reliable ordering system.
Problem
Real estate agents often need floor plans quickly, but the process of getting them is not always clear or efficient.

Pricing can be difficult to understand, request flows are not always straightforward, and communication can become fragmented, especially under time pressure.
Goal
To create a clear and reliable service where users can understand pricing, submit requests, and receive floor plans without confusion or unnecessary back-and-forth.
